Vulcan 10K

Ron did the Vulcan 10K this past weekend. It was nice for us to get to watch him as a family. He won his age group and came in 11th overall. Sam was ready to give him a five as he neared the finish.

While Ron changed clothes and cooled down, the kids checked out the fountain...

and threw acorns in the water...

About 30 minutes after the finish we began walking to where the fun run was to begin.

The boys were ready; check out the huge smiles on all of their faces.

I love how you can see Ron and Luke in the background as Sam comes in to the finish.

Luke was so proud of himself!

Ron went up to get his medal and the boys joined him. Way to go, Ronzo!
