decorating the tree

luke is shirtless because we decorated right after dinner. last night's dinner was tortellini with marinara and we always take luke's shirt off for that one. he's a messy eater. he enjoyed the tree; he enjoyed taking the ornaments off more than putting them on. just look at him; oh how i love that precious gut of his. ☺

sam had been looking forward to this for days. he loved putting on his special ornaments from the past few years. it was all fun until he got glitter in his eye...the already-scratched eye. he's wearing a patch today in hopes to speed up the recovery.
